如何取消自动续费How to cancel automatic renewal

你可以随时通过开通 Pro 时使用的支付渠道关闭自动续费。请按开通时使用的微信、支付宝或 Stripe 渠道，查看下方步骤。You can cancel automatic renewal through the payment channel used to subscribe to Pro. Follow the steps for the WeChat, Alipay or Stripe channel used to subscribe.

在微信中取消Cancel in WeChat

  1. 打开微信，进入「我 → 服务 → 钱包」。Open WeChat, then go to Me → Services → Wallet.
  2. 点击「支付设置 → 自动续费」。部分版本可能显示为「扣费服务」。Tap Payment settings → Automatic renewal. Some versions may call this Deduction services.
  3. 找到 WhisPrompt 对应的订阅服务，并核对服务名称与商户信息。Find the subscription associated with WhisPrompt and check the service name and merchant details.
  4. 点击「关闭扣费服务」，按提示确认。Tap Close deduction service and confirm as prompted.
  5. 检查该服务是否已显示关闭，以微信中的实际结果为准。Check that the service is shown as closed. The status in WeChat is authoritative.

请使用开通时付款的微信查看。Use the WeChat account that paid for the subscription.

在支付宝中取消Cancel in Alipay

  1. 打开支付宝，进入「我的 → 右上角设置」。Open Alipay, then go to Me → Settings in the upper-right corner.
  2. 点击「支付设置 → 免密支付／自动扣款」。Tap Payment settings → Password-free payments / Automatic deductions.
  3. 找到 WhisPrompt 对应的订阅服务，并核对服务名称与商户信息。Find the subscription associated with WhisPrompt and check the service name and merchant details.
  4. 点击「关闭服务」，按提示确认。Tap Close service and confirm as prompted.
  5. 检查该服务是否已显示关闭，以支付宝中的实际结果为准。Check that the service is shown as closed. The status in Alipay is authoritative.

请使用开通时付款的支付宝查看。Use the Alipay account that paid for the subscription.

通过 Stripe 付款的订阅Subscriptions paid through Stripe

  1. 查看 WhisPrompt 的订阅确认邮件或收据；如有「管理订阅」链接，打开该入口。Check your WhisPrompt confirmation email or receipt. Open Manage subscription if a link is provided.
  2. 如邮件未提供入口，向 WhisPrompt 获取订阅管理链接；Stripe 没有供所有消费者统一退订的应用入口。If no link is provided, request a subscription management link from WhisPrompt. Stripe has no universal consumer cancellation app.
  3. 进入商户提供的订阅管理页面，按提示验证订阅时使用的邮箱，选择对应的 WhisPrompt 订阅。In the merchant’s portal, verify the email used to subscribe if prompted, then select your WhisPrompt subscription.
  4. 如页面提供「取消订阅／Cancel subscription」，按提示确认，并核对取消状态和生效日期。If Cancel subscription is available, confirm and check the status and effective date.
  5. 若找不到入口或取消选项，请联系 WhisPrompt 并提供订单号；Stripe 客服不能代商户取消订阅。If the link or cancellation option is missing, contact WhisPrompt with your order number. Stripe support cannot cancel on the merchant’s behalf.

仅适用于通过 Stripe 开通的订阅；请使用商户提供的入口，不要登录 Stripe 商户后台。For subscriptions made through Stripe only. Use the merchant’s link, not the Stripe merchant dashboard.

取消后，还能继续使用吗？Can I keep using Pro after cancellation?

取消自动续费后，当期已付费的 Pro 权益仍可使用至有效期结束；之后不再自动续费，到期恢复 Basic 基础权益。Your paid Pro benefits remain available until the end of the current term. There will be no further automatic renewals, and you will return to Basic when that term ends.

找不到 WhisPrompt 的订阅？Can’t find your WhisPrompt subscription?

请先核对付款记录中的支付渠道、服务名称和商户信息。微信／支付宝请使用原付款账号；Stripe 请使用订阅时填写的邮箱。Check the payment channel, service name and merchant on your receipt. Use the original WeChat or Alipay account, or the subscription email for Stripe.

如果购买的是到期不自动续费的单月套餐，则无需取消。不同版本的支付软件，页面名称可能略有不同，请以实际显示为准。If you purchased a one-month plan that does not renew automatically, no cancellation is needed. Page names may vary between payment app versions; follow the labels shown in your app.

如果仍无法找到，或页面没有关闭入口，请联系我们，并提供购买渠道及订单号，便于协助核查。If you still cannot find it or there is no option to close the service, contact support with the purchase channel and order number.
