打开 设置 → 系统 → 系统信息，查看 Windows 规格和系统类型。当前提供 Windows 11 x64 安装包，不支持 ARM。Open Settings → System → About and check Windows specifications and System type. The current installer supports Windows 11 x64, not ARM.

如何确认 Mac 芯片？How do I check my Mac chip?

打开苹果菜单 → 关于本机，查看“芯片”一栏。此版本适用于 Apple M 系列；如果显示 Intel 处理器，当前安装包不适用。Open Apple menu → About This Mac and look for Chip. This version supports Apple M-series chips. If it shows an Intel processor, this installer is not compatible.

接下来怎么做？What comes next?

  1. 下载与你的电脑系统对应的客户端。Choose the app for your computer’s operating system.
  2. 按照安装界面的提示完成安装。Follow the installer’s instructions.
  3. 连接 Dongle，打开客户端，按界面提示登录并配置。Connect the Dongle, open the app, then follow the sign-in and setup instructions.
