使用说明About your allowances
Basic 随 WhisPrompt 硬件附带，使用前需购买并激活设备。Basic is included with WhisPrompt hardware. Purchase and activate a device before use.
Pro 所列额度为该档位的月度总额度，不与 Basic 额度叠加。Pro allowances are the total monthly allowances for that plan and do not stack with Basic.
月度额度于每月 1 日刷新，当月有效，未使用额度不结转至下月。Monthly allowances refresh on the first of each month. Unused allowances do not carry over.
语音识别额度与 AI 智能处理次数分别计算。Speech recognition and AI processing allowances are counted separately.

如何退订，关闭自动续费How to cancel automatic renewal
按订阅时使用的支付渠道，完成下方操作。各渠道的步骤直接展示，无需填写资料。Follow the steps for the payment channel used to subscribe. All instructions are shown below; no form is required.

在微信中取消Cancel in WeChat
打开微信，进入「我 → 服务 → 钱包」。Open WeChat, then go to Me → Services → Wallet.
点击「支付设置 → 自动续费」。部分版本可能显示为「扣费服务」。Tap Payment settings → Automatic renewal. Some versions may call this Deduction services.
找到 WhisPrompt 对应的订阅服务，并核对服务名称与商户信息。Find the subscription associated with WhisPrompt and check the service name and merchant details.
点击「关闭扣费服务」，按提示确认。Tap Close deduction service and confirm as prompted.
检查该服务是否已显示关闭，以微信中的实际结果为准。Check that the service is shown as closed. The status in WeChat is authoritative.
请使用开通时付款的微信查看。Use the WeChat account that paid for the subscription.

在支付宝中取消Cancel in Alipay
打开支付宝，进入「我的 → 右上角设置」。Open Alipay, then go to Me → Settings in the upper-right corner.
找到 WhisPrompt 对应的订阅服务，并核对服务名称与商户信息。Find the subscription associated with WhisPrompt and check the service name and merchant details.
点击「关闭服务」，按提示确认。Tap Close service and confirm as prompted.
检查该服务是否已显示关闭，以支付宝中的实际结果为准。Check that the service is shown as closed. The status in Alipay is authoritative.
请使用开通时付款的支付宝查看。Use the Alipay account that paid for the subscription.

通过 Stripe 付款的订阅Subscriptions paid through Stripe
查看 WhisPrompt 的订阅确认邮件或收据；如有「管理订阅」链接，打开该入口。Check your WhisPrompt confirmation email or receipt. Open Manage subscription if a link is provided.
如邮件未提供入口，向 WhisPrompt 获取订阅管理链接；Stripe 没有供所有消费者统一退订的应用入口。If no link is provided, request a subscription management link from WhisPrompt. Stripe has no universal consumer cancellation app.
进入商户提供的订阅管理页面，按提示验证订阅时使用的邮箱，选择对应的 WhisPrompt 订阅。In the merchant’s portal, verify the email used to subscribe if prompted, then select your WhisPrompt subscription.
如页面提供「取消订阅／Cancel subscription」，按提示确认，并核对取消状态和生效日期。If Cancel subscription is available, confirm and check the status and effective date.
若找不到入口或取消选项，请联系 WhisPrompt 并提供订单号；Stripe 客服不能代商户取消订阅。If the link or cancellation option is missing, contact WhisPrompt with your order number. Stripe support cannot cancel on the merchant’s behalf.
仅适用于通过 Stripe 开通的订阅；请使用商户提供的入口，不要登录 Stripe 商户后台。For subscriptions made through Stripe only. Use the merchant’s link, not the Stripe merchant dashboard.
取消后会怎样？What happens after cancellation?
关闭自动续费后，当期已付费的 Pro 权益可使用至有效期结束，到期恢复 Basic；请同时核对支付渠道显示的取消状态和生效日期。After cancelling renewal, your paid Pro benefits continue until the current term ends, then revert to Basic. Check the cancellation status and effective date shown by your payment channel.
一次性购买且不自动续费的单月套餐无需退订。取消自动续费不等于申请退款。A one-month purchase that does not renew needs no cancellation. Cancelling renewal is separate from requesting a refund.

智能嘴替和技能可以进一步润色、改写、翻译或整理文字，这些处理会使用 AI 智能处理次数。Speech recognition turns your speech into text and is counted by recognized characters.
Smart rewriting and skills can polish, rewrite, translate or organize that text. These actions use your AI processing allowance.
Basic 和 Pro 的额度会叠加吗？Do Basic and Pro allowances stack?
不会。升级 Pro 后，每月享有的额度为 45 万字云端语音识别和 4,000 次 AI 智能处理。No. Pro provides a total of 450,000 speech recognition characters and 4,000 AI processing uses per month.
额度什么时候刷新？When do allowances refresh?
每月 1 日刷新。未使用的当月额度不结转至下月。On the first of each month. Unused monthly allowances do not carry over.
月度额度用完后怎么办？What happens when I use up my monthly allowance?
对应云端能力可在下次额度刷新后继续使用。Basic 用户也可以按需升级 Pro，获得更高额度。The corresponding cloud capability becomes available again when allowances refresh. Basic users can also upgrade to Pro for higher allowances.
Pro 可以取消自动续费吗？Can I cancel automatic renewal?
